Tracking the order was hopeless. It just showed 'Awaiting Dispatch' throughout. Asking customer services was pointless, they gave the customer service stock reply and were no help.

I can only apologise we are currently working on the tracking on our website this is not yet available for customers to view. However I can see your order left with Royal Mail so we don't have a tracking system for this we can only advise the where about's of an order if it has left with a courier. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
