Sorry to hear you had issues with your order. I can only apologise for the package being left outside your house by our delivery company and we have opened an investigation in to why this happened. All our orders should be signed for and not left without a signature. We do send many emails to keep our customers informed of the progress of their order, the usual complaint is that its to many! I have noticed that you have a hotmail address and they have been known to mark our emails as spam. I am delighted you love the watch and hope you get many years wear from it.
