As already mentioned, the service from this company has been excellent. The price difference referred to turns out to be the result of another company using an almost identical name but marketing via Amazon!! However, I have had a couple of very friendly telephone conversations with Chimney Cowl Products and they have been extremely helpful over the whole matter, hence this explanatory comment. Needless to say I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
