This was the primary reason for incorporating this service. In this instance I'm disappointed to have received "negative" feedback relating to this product. This Cowl is exceptional and is one of our best sellers and I'm confident that it will remain within our top 5 for many, many years to come. The advice you were given from your builder due to the size unfortunately was incorrect and has therefore been reflected against ourselves.
Can I please request that you contact us directly and in line with our guarantee we will of course happily refund you for the cost of the unused Chimney Cowl. Can you please send the cowl to the address stated on your Invoice and upon receipt will process your refund.
