Hello, We are sorry to hear that our sizing didn't match up to your expectation. We are glad to hear that you had great customer service. We do find that due to the high natural wool content in our merino socks that after a wash they tend to shrink and will then relax once worn. You also might find they feel larger than you wanted the first time you try them on. This is why we would recommend washing them at 30 degrees as stated on our website.
