Certainly Wood Değerlendirmeler

Thank you very much for your feedback and thank you for your time over email where we could discuss your latest delivery. We are thrilled that you are pleased with the service provided by our team. We work hard to deliver a smooth and pleasant experience, and it’s wonderful to know we succeeded. We appreciate your comments regarding the quality of your logs. I have passed them onto the production team and they have said that, as wood is a natural product, not all logs will look the same and we are confident that your logs will still burn just as well as previous orders you have received. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you very much for your feedback and thank you for your time over email where we could discuss your latest delivery. All our logs are kiln dried and woodworm cannot survive the high temperatures that are required for the kiln drying process so there is no issue of woodworm infesting your home. I have passed them onto the team they have said that as wood is a natural product, not all logs will look the same and we are confident that your logs will still burn just as well as previous orders you have received. Thank you for your wonderful feedback. It's great to hear that you are happy with your delivery of our kiln dried logs and KindleFlamers natural firelighters on our new delivery system. We do not currently have a bag return scheme but it is worth noting that the bulk bags are 100% recyclable, but they are not accepted by all councils through the kerb side collections (some do not accept flexible plastics as of yet), so it is worth checking. Best wishes, Hayleigh
