Thanks for feedback. Unfortunately for the moment, for national distribution to work, it needs to be on standard vehicles. None of the national networks work any other way at present. Pallets are very well wrapped when they leave here and we get very few comments, so I suggest on this occasion the delivery company will have mishandled it somewhere in transit. Apologies. David, thanks for feedback and very sorry that delivery was not to your satisfaction. Regrettably we are in the hands of a 3rd party carrier and on the whole they are very good, but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances they are perhaps a little later than anticipated. If it helps, we can offer a timed delivery in future to try and alleviate this problem, albeit at a little extra cost.
