Sharon - thanks for feedback and sorry about delivery problems. Not sure what went wrong here and why they couldnt deliver for so long. They are contracted to deliver within 3 days of despatch from here so once you have ordered you should always get a call within about 4-5 days of order unless of course we get hugely busy during cold periods in which case lead time is shown on the website as extending. Thanks for feedback and your comments are noted. This is an issue we are keen to resolve and are in discussion with our carrier. Presently we are being told that the carriers should take back the pallet when they make the next delivery. Unfortunately pallet delivery is the only way we can achieve national distribution Nic Snell MD

For deliveries to urban / suburban locations like mine it would be good to have a crane lift off the lorry. We always block the pavement for a few hours with the pallet / pump truck combination.
