Next time you order off us, please pop a note in delivery instructions that you have a pallet to pick up and we can put in a request for the carriers to pick it up if they have room on the lorry when doing your next delivery. With regards to the small sized logs in your bag,we have a spec of 5-15cm in diameter for our standard logs and have to allow for 5% 'brash' or little bits simply due to the processes the logs go through.
