Thank you for your recent intervention regarding my ongoing claim. However, I have yet to receive any further communication from AXA concerning either the status of the claim or an acknowledgment of my formal complaint. As the policy was purchased in good faith through Cedar Tree, I am seeking clarification on your obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the service provider, particularly in relation to ensuring that services are delivered with reasonable care and skill. I would be grateful if you could confirm your responsibilities in this regard, specifically in assisting to expedite the claim process and in ensuring that my complaint is dealt with fairly and without undue delay. Furthermore, I would appreciate your guidance on the appropriate procedure for escalating my complaint. As this matter may fall under the oversight of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), I would also like to be informed of the process for referring this to the Financial Ombudsman Service, should my concerns not be resolved within the FCA’s required 8-week timeframe.
