I’m sorry for the frustrations you’ve experienced. My colleague Husain has tried to contact you but hasn’t received a response.
Due to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations, legally we have to obtain authorisation for anyone other than the named policyholder to discuss their insurance policy, even if it’s a business partner or spouse calling.

Efficient, professional service, timely reminder about renewal, paperwork clear & easy to understand.
I’ve been a client of Caunce O’Hara for around 10 years now and have always found them very professional and my company insurance cover really competitive.
I have been using Caunce O'Hara's services to provide me with my required company insurances since 2020, they are always helpful and renewal is straight forward
It is easier to get a quote and answers to my questions from Caunce than other business insurance providers.
I have been with them for years and they are less pushy at renewals.
