Poor customer service

You took the fee of £300 without previous reference to me or sending an invoice - I was quite surprised. I amy have wanted to change my cover but was not given this opportunity

We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal Looking at your review it appears you might not actually need the Professional Indemnity Insurance cover after all. I have just left a message for you regarding this and would be happy to discuss a full refund if you could call me back.

Very professional and helpful, especially to start up companies.

On the one occasion in last 10 years I needed to 'call in insurance to help' t(damaged IT equipment) they were most processional and speedy.
