As this was a renewal and not a new purchase, i'd have expected some communication before they took the money it'd of mg account.

Hi,
Thanks for the review. I do apologise that you have not received the renewal notices we have sent through to you. The renewal process sends out two emails, the first a month before the renewal and the second a reminder two weeks before. Some emails, particularly Hotmail & MSN, do tend to go into spam folders and perhaps they have gone there? I will switch the auto renew feature off for next year so we can call you first just to make sure the emails have reached you.

The initial contact was efficient and the two subsequent renewals have been carried out without issue. I would certainly recommend them (and have in the past).
