I got through to someone who could arrange my Professional Indemnity insurance renewal. Withn minutes of agreeing to renewal I had all the documentation.

Do not like the renewal quote system leveraging premiums but direct call resolved pricing issue

Thanks for the feedback and I do apologise as we do not increase our rates year on year but an error on the system has increased a number of them. We are contacting clients at the moment to rectify this but I am glad to hear yours was sorted over the phone.
I will ensure this flagged up at renewal next year, prior to renewal being invited, to ensure we offer the most competitive premium,
