Thanks for the feedback. I do apologise that The Insurance Octopus have not reacted in time to assist with your enquiry and dealt with any discounts. As they are your Insurance Broker, and they simply place the cover with ourselves, I will provide this feedback to them for you.
Needed to update my policy. Logged on to my account and was able to do this online; not only that but the small adjustment meant that there was no charge, bonus!!
