Auto renewal - 7 days before actually due - Although it states this on the email - I find this poor, I had found cheaper insurance but it renewed before I could change.

Thanks for taking my call this morning. Don't worry about missing the 7 days before renewal notification, we all miss things in emails at times!
As discussed, I have reviewed the file, cover and ratings and have been able to apply a discount to the file (which I have emailed you directly regarding).
If you need anything else my DDI is on the bottom of the email.

Ok - so you can't fault them, they looked at the renewal and sorted a better deal - They didn't have too, but they did (have been with them for 10 years).
