Good customer experience, only slightly let down by a couple of the policy wording links not working. Had to contact them via webchat to obtain.

Thanks for the feedback and I apologise about the links. We have recently upgraded our IT system and they are currently working on updating the links with our re-branded policy wording. Should be up and running soon but apologies about the error you encountered.
