I really like using Caunce O'Hara. The renewal is very easy - too easy in a way as the whole thing happened without me really thinking about it. I would have appreciated a phone call.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.
I can confirm that we send a renewal invitation email a month before the renewal is due, and then follow up with an email two weeks later to advise that the policy will automatically renew if we do not hear back from the client. I will switch off the auto renewal for 2017 and ensure that a member of the renewal team call you to check if the policy is still required and if there are any changes to be made.

Brilliant, thanks Katie. Auto renew was just a little too easy for me this year as I thought I needed to change my policy and despite the email reminders I just didn't get around to contacting you before the renewal date. My policy will likely need a change next year so it would be great to get a call to sort it out before the renewal.
