Thank you for your review. Great to hear you have received excellent customer service from us here at Caunce O'Hara. Apologies from our end regarding the issue with the card, usually we would try the card twice before getting in contact so apologies this wasn't done on this occasion.

I had to change the amount of indemnity insurance on my policy before I could go on site. I used the live chat and something I thought may be a problem was all sorted in 5 minutes.
