Reminder arrived in good time. The only improvement I can suggest is to provide bank account details to allow payment by BACS. I had to request this from Caunce O'Hara, which they provided.quickly.

Hi,
The information we have on file is the information you declare to us when purchasing the policy. When we invite renewals the email states to inform us of any changes to your business/contact details whether this be a change of address, company turnover increase/decrease or a change in the work you do, we do this to ensure our records are accurate and you are correctly covered.
