The Account Handler, Natalie, responded quickly to my e-mail question, sorted out what I needed, and the whole scheme was sorted out within a few hours.
I've received an email thanking me for my purchase. Funny that, since I've had no reminder that my policy was due for renewal, no quotation, no communication...

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback and I am sorry to hear this. I have looked at the file and confirm a renewal invitation was sent on 21st March. The usual process is to send this through 3 weeks or so in advance of renewal so I do apologise that you received nothing earlier, as we had to discuss the case with Insurers.
If you wish to discuss this further, or indeed wish to cancel the insurance for a full refund, please let me know at donna@caunceohara.co.uk or 0161 833 5030. I will also arrnage for someone to call you this morning to discuss the cover.
In the meantime, I will switch the auto renew feature off for next year to give you ample time to look over to look things over.

Used these before then changed to another broker who could not help me with an update to my insurance. Caunce had no problem and set up my insurance in about five minutes. Highly recommended.
