Hello, I'm really sorry to hear this. On this occasion, DX let us down hugely in delivering the item (they lost one, so we had to send a whole new one and will never recover the cost of the first one). They didn't pick it up first time round as their van was too full; we too heard different excuses from them. Obviously you know this isn't how we normally operate and I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during this period of time. It certainly wasn't for lack of trying and was incredibly frustrating for our team too. Thank you for your time. Kelly

Thank you for leaving us a review. I am very sorry that the date for your chairs kept moving; our suppliers did keep changing the date and this was frustrating for us too. We were giving the information as we had it live and were as professional as possible on the phone to yourself. We refunded the order after the date had been changed so much.

Thank you for your comments, as per my original reply unfortunately we were misled by the supplier and therefore did not communicate the correct lead time to yourself. I can only apologise for the inconvenience.
