We offer specific vouchers for Quidco members to use and we often give larger value vouchers that are exclusive to our customers who receive our email offers which is why the cash back was declined. I'm sure you weren't aware of that and can understand how frustrating that must have been. On this occasion I will make sure that I arrange for the cash back to be sent to you.
