Thanks for the feedback. It's disappointing when we don't get it right and this is a rare low grading. I've looked into this for you and note that given your circumstances we had to apply to an international offshore bank. This is unusual as we can normally place all mortgages with UK lenders. We can only pass on requests for further documentation at the time the lender requests them from us - but appreciate this became very frustrating for you. We will pass on these comments to the lender and see if next time, we can both improve the service provided.
