Dear Carole Thank you so much for travelling with us and for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear you weren't pleased with the service provided. Our standard itineraries don't include split days per default, but there are a couple of days that can be split, for instance your overnight stop in Melide that was part of the tour. We can tailor our tours to a certain extent however we can only shorten the days in the towns where there is suitable accommodation available. Regarding price, our package includes accommodation, meals, luggage transfers as well as practical information and support line during the trip. We feel it represents value for money.
