Well had to contact Waltons customer service as one of the lower tongue and groove outer planks has started cracking, only one on the whole exterior finish, now I used the wood preserver supplied but customer service have denied my request for assistance as I did not add additional weather proofing to the exterior and are claiming I have voided my warranty by not doing this, also as I have boarded the inside I could have caused the damage. This blame the customer approach and not even attempting to try and aid me in a reasonable resolution isn't the support I thought I would get, especially after spending alot of money on their product. Anyone thinking of purchasing one of Waltons products, think carefully about what you intend to do with it as they will use any excuse to not assist on a genuine issue.
