I myself have had no problems since i have been with
tightlines. Costomer service has been great with takeing my orders
and never had any problems with my deliveries. So thank you
TIGHTLINES.
Service pretty good. Had a problem with the Visa that was a bit mystifying because Barclaycard said there was no problem but Tightlines could not take the money. Eventually sorted.
Service was pretty good with the exception of not sending the free gift to which i was entitled as my order was over £75
The website was very confusing over the order as you had to re enter the site...

Product excellent, however my fishing rod package was wrongly addressed and I had to travel 60 miles to collect from delivery company. It took about 5 days to reach me!!
