All good except needed a bit more warning of renewal, not just a day or so

Thank you for the feedback Jennifer and noted the renewal came so late. This could have been an insurer issue possibly, however either way apologies and also if the issue was not communicated to you properly and will be fed back to the team. I'm glad you had a positive experience otherwise.

The information about the renewal premium came very shortly before the renewal date. It did not really give me time to look at alternative quotes

Ease of communication and on renewal found a much better premium, even after a rebuild review, it was still cheaper than the previous year

Good to deal with.

The service is always speedy and courteous. On this occasion I had to ask them to revise their price as the increase was unacceptable. They responded well and I was content with the outcome. But...

A good working team

As always flint is very good have good staff who are willing to wrk hard for the customer I’ve been wiv flint since 2005 so that should say a lot just keep up the good wrk

Very efficient, helpful when contacted and good on problems Do not send certificate hard copy when renewed only on line which is a lot of paper to print for 8 shareholders. As the insurance itself...
