Excellent customer service. All members of staff that I dealt with were a pleasure. The course was easy to follow and I found the achievement ladder useful in planning my time.

It's a huge disappointment as I couldn't access it for next exam diet as I was abroad and couldn't prepare myself to take the exam. 12 months access should have been the standard. It's time to treat...
