We will always do our very best to get any games from your request list sent out to you as soon as we possibly can, whether that be the some of the brand new AAA games, or some of the older titles in our library. The Priority packages are excellent for the New releases on the Next Gen consoles starting at just £10.99 and allowing you to rent games that are worth as much as £70! With some of the older titles in our library, there may be times where games are not immediately available. In these instances, you will be awarded Payback Points for any time you are waiting for a game to be despatched. These points can then be saved and used on Bonus Games, Free Rental Months and discounts off of purchases, all of which help ensure you are getting the best value possible from your service. Should you ever find yourself waiting longer than the estimated wait times displaying on our site, please get in touch with our customer support team and they will be on hand to assist you with your query, and ensure that you are receiving the best service possible. In instances such as this, we can take a look into these titles and see if we can get more copies in, ensuring that one is sent to you as quickly as possible.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback on our rental service. We place our customers at the centre of our business, and we will always do our very best to get games sent out and delivered to customers as quickly as we can. We use Royal Mail First Class for all of our deliveries and expect all games to arrive within 1-3 days. We use this service as it is freepost and comes at no cost to our customers and games can be posted through your door, with no need for you to be home for delivery! Also, returning games couldn't be simpler, just place the game back in the pre-paid envelope and pop them back in the nearest post box. During the latter months of 2022, there were some delays within the Postal Service due to Royal Mail strikes along with an increase in demand for the Postal service during the festive period. Since then, we have seen our delivery times return to normal. Whilst delays are rare, we will always look to award subscription time back to customers who have experienced such delays in order to give them the best value for the service. We commonly do this using our Payback Points scheme. Points can be earned and saved to put towards unique benefits, such as Bonus Games, Free Rental Months and discounts off of purchases. With prices of video games always on the rise, the value of renting games is always an easy win! We will certainly take you feedback on board regarding alternative delivery options. Currently, we use standard First class as this allows us to have fast delivery times while keeping subscription costs as low as possible.
