Very pleased with the service we received. Bought three pairs but unfortunately one pair did not work properly. However they were replaced immediately with no problem whatsoever. Excellent service.

Haven't had to contact as no problems. Website was very clear and ordering straightforward. The delivery service was great- I was able to change my delivery address easily via the app.

The Bluefin products are top class. We've got 2 hoverboards and 2 hoverkarts in the family now. My kids absolutely love them. They get raced around on a daily basis. The products are excellent...
