Cycling insurance is often made far more complicated than it needs to be so we like to keep it simple while giving the customer the policy they need making it easy to adjust their policy and the bikes within it.

Thanks for the great review. :) Our developer, Jorj, is stoked that you found the Bikmo website and modification process so easy to use. Simplicity is one of our main focuses (alongside great customer service!) here in the Bikmo office. Cycling insurance doesn't need to be complicated so we like to keep it as quick and easy as possible.

Much appreciated by everyone here in the Bikmo office. :) As you pointed out, we are all cyclists here which we find really helps when it comes to helping our customers, making the process so much simpler and quicker be it with a quote, a claim, whatever the enquiry. Who doesn't love talking about bikes with fellow cyclists anyway?!

Thanks for taking the time to review Bikmo. :) We find our Kit List function is very popular and it saves a lot of stress if/when customers need to make a claim on your cycle insurance as all of the information, photos, receipts, etc. are already sorted- one less thing to worry about during what is already a stressful time!

Hi Pete. Cracking review. Much appreciated by everyone here at the Bikmo office! We have had several customers who have come to us having been burned by their home insurance. We find that our specific cycling insurance offers so much more than home insurance policies, as you said- from clothing and headgear cover to accessories cover to third party liability to breakdown cover... the list goes on! I challenge anyone to find a home insurance policy which covers as much as we do for the price we do. I also challenge anyone to find a home insurance policy which decreased following a claim!!! Hi Andy, thanks for the review. As firm believers of the n+1 rule, we knew from the start that we wanted to provide an easily adjustable policy to meet the needs of our customers as their bike collections grow (or, dare we say it, shrink!). Knowing how horrible it is to be off the bike, we are also keen to get our customers back up and rolling ASAP should they need to make a claim so, rest assured, should you need to make a claim, the claim process is just as quick and easy!
