Easy to use but unclear payment dates

It wasn't clear that the first payment would be taken out straight away, considering I had postponed the start date. Money is like gold dust, having very little and often none - I work in the low...

Easy to apply

Easy to apply for insurance for my new bike, appears great coverage and as recommended by cyclists for cyclists was a no brainer, havent claimed yet and hopefully never so can't comment on that side...
