Thanks for the feedback. The make and model of the bike is not needed, as you have a value of cover rather than it being bike-specific. This means it's easier for you to change bikes and still be covered.

Hi Bryan, my team confirm that the documents were posted on both the 7th June and 22nd June, so I'm really surprised (and concerned) that they've not turned up yet.
