I'm afraid the odd broken branch is a bit of a risk with plants sent by post - but we package to minimise this and only use the best carriers. The plants are very robust and will not suffer for this little bit of damage - but if you do have any problems with establishing them, please come back to us - just water well! Thank you for your feedback. The plants may be suffering from transplant shock so we'd recommend that you apply a nitrogen based feed and make sure they are watered regularly.
