We appreciate your feedback regarding the icing, as customer comments help us continue to improve our products and service. Thank you for choosing bakerdays to be part of such a special celebration, and we hope to help with many more occasions in the future!

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing this must have been for both you and your stepfather, especially on such an important occasion. We appreciate that someone was available to receive the delivery and that the delay resulted in the cake arriving later than expected. We also understand your frustration regarding the refund you were advised would be processed but have not yet received. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologise for both the delivery issue and the lack of resolution afterwards. Please contact us at sales@bakerdays.com with your order details, and we'll be happy to investigate the outstanding refund and work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
