Hi Stephen,

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the delay you encountered. Your original policy had developed an I.T. issue that could not be rectified and a new policy had to be set up. The delay you encountered on the phone was excessive. Our staff should have arranged a call back with you and then rectified the situation before contacting you with the result rather than have you waiting on the phone.

Thank you for renewing your cover for another 12 months and we look forward to being of service to you in the future.
