Happy with service
Got good value car insurance, even though it had gone up which seems ridiculous, it was the cheapest I could find. They had an efficient service, would buy from them again

Customer service good phone lines not so good
Automated phone service is annoying and often it's difficult to get through but when you do staff are efficient and friendly

The call centre was really busy so had to wait ages to get connected but when I did you offered the best quote.

Unfortunately we sometimes have high volumes of calls into our call center ans this is the reason why you experienced such a long wait time on this occasion.  If this happens again, you can chat to one of our agents online, or send us an email.
