there was a delay in responding to the query. Customer service was friendly and helpful. there were a number of inaccuracies on my certificate of insurance.

Good straightforward website where one can get a quote,cost the various options, what you want, can/can't afford before buying. As for after sales service? Hope I never find out.

Good telephone contact. Website quote is not reliable.

Telephone contact was good. I had to call Aviva as website quote kept changing upwards even though my details were unchanged.
