I would like to let you know that all ear cuffs are returnable as they are not subject to the same sanitary restrictions as earrings.In addition, the Caught in the middle midi ring is adjustable, so it fits most sizes.We have sent you an email in order to sort any issues.Kind Regards,Astrid & Miyu team
