Good afternoon,Thank you for taking the time to review our Organic Calendula oil and customer service. I have passed your comment regarding the volume which we offer across to the relevant department. With regards to your Ravintsara essential oil query, we used to stock this product but discontinued it due to poor sales. The reason was, that the properties of the oil are covered by both Niaoili and Fragoni essential oils which we stock, and perform very well. Although you are happy with the majority of the products which were purchased, I see that you are very unhappy with both the Base shampoo for dry hair and the Base Hair conditioner. With negative reviews which we receive, our research and development team would like to find out if there is anything which they can support you with. Can you elaborate further in terms of usage, you mention in both reviews that you added more product, can you confirm which products you added and the percentage which you used? We are sorry that you were unhappy with both these products however as with all products which we sell, we know that not all products will suit each and every customer.
