This was using a voucher from a booking cancelled due to Covid. They would not provide a refund but only a voucher. I would not have rebooted if it weren't for the voucher as I am still uncomfortable...

I’d rang to change the booking from the end of November until later in December which I had done after an hour on the phone. I then got an email to say my booking had been cancelled and a voucher...

Quick easy to book. Had to use a voucher as our stay in November has been cancelled, and this was also easy.
