Hi Mark, sorry to hear that the underlay was missing. I've checked our inbox and we don't seem to have received any emails from you notifying us of this. If we had received an email, we would of course have acted upon it straight away. I have asked our sales team to contact you to arrange delivery of the missing item. I hope that helps! JS

There was no service to speak of as I did everything online which was an easy process.
The delivery was late by a few days however there had been very bad weather at the time.
