I am sorry about the delay in replying. We have not been asked this question before, and I simply did not know the answer. I have been in touch with Bill Hones in the USA, who runs the company Fascinations - they make the Antigravity Platform. Bill tells me 'The direction of rotation can be set by starting it in motion in one direction. I have never experienced a bias for one directions vs. another.' I hope this helps.

I'm disappointed in the orrery I purchased, but also in the product description website page. Basically, if I had understood the complexity of what I was buying, I would never have done so.

I am really sorry to hear the candle didn't open. We will send you a replacement candle. They are normally very reliable, and have a big 'wow' factor. Obviously something was wrong with this one.
