After filling out a calculator form online, I was spammed with calls (up to 6 a day) for more than two weeks despite unsubscribing and advising I no longer needed the service.

And here is where the confusion lies. Yes, Angela did settle a loan for me and was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the whole process and can not be faulted, however I wasn't aware she was from Ausloans as her details are from another company stated another company.
Around the same time I started liasing with Angela, I completed the online calculator and the spaming of calls and texts messages began. If you are the same company, surely those contacting me relentlessly would be able to see I was a new or current customer under Angela when using my details and if not, can I suggest this is something to be looked at and rectified.
As I said, Angela was faultless to deal with as a Broker and I will be using her in the future as I discussed with her, though I was completely unaware you were one and the same!

Hi ,
Yes Angela works under our umbrella and our contacts are dropped into a dialer solution and contacted throughout the day, messaging is automated and as aforementioned I will investigate.
We certainly don't want clients to feel spammed as we make a maximum of three to four calls a day to reach out at the best times and we will review this moving forward.
We take all feedback on board to help us improve
we apologize again and thanks for reaching out to us

On 26th Sept Mark sent you a credit guide and quote, this provided preliminary information about our company to you the consumer, and the quote lays out to you the estimated cost of using our services.Following this information, Mark called to discuss the best option and sent paperwork giving full transparency on how this deal looked for you. In order for this to be submitted for settlement your signature to acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the conditions was sought and obtained.It saddens us further that we have no record of correspondence advising you were not happy or didn't want to continue as you had signed and returned to the aforementioned contract.
