Worst experience ever
Worst experience of my life. Will never use finance companies ever again. I got stuffed around from day one, and im still not happy with the outcome. Strongly recommend avoiding this at all costs!

Dear Charlene.
I'm very sorry that you are not happy with service, even when you application has been approved and settled.
As far as I can see we've been able to get a preapproval for your from one lender, but because of rate switched to another one with a lower rate. That's, actually, a good example of how the finance company should work trying to get a very best deal for you. Can you share a little bit more details what do you believe we did wrong and why you are unhappy still?

I had to ring up myself many times even after returned calls were promised. I was left in the dark not knowing what was going on. I was promised a card that i could use to make extra payments... That i never received. And what was the worst part, is that it took over a month for my first car payment to come out, when i called and questioned why, i was told they had either lost my bank details or had some issue and i was made to back pay my payments when it wasnt my fault and i couldnt afford to do so. It was a stuff around from day one and i will never finance a car again. I will go through the banks. Thanks for your reply. Charly.
