thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you never received the Infant Sandals. I understand in the first instance there had been some miscommunication with regards to order number and a pair were sent out after hearing from you. Apologies that they were not received. I have arranged for a pair of Infant Sandals to be sent out today and will email you the FedEx tracking number. Again, I do apologise that you have been waiting.
Product arrived in good condition and within the time frame stated.

My daughter loves her GoTo Seat, she is able to be included and doesnt look like she feels left out.
Excellent customer service.e-mailed one day for a replacement strap for the GoTo seaat and it arrived next day
