Please accept my apologies for this experience. Photos should come out on products almost as clearly as they are digitally so we will investigate immediately. All of our case products fit perfectly so your experience is not normal and whilst it may have got damaged in transit this is not acceptable. Our customer services team will be in touch shortly to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
