I ordered 4 coasters with individual pictures. They came out beautifully and the recipient was very pleased. Delivery was quick without being expensive. I would highly recommend and will use again.

We are sorry you were disappointed with the speed of service. We do offer faster delivery services but the second class post which was clearly stated on your order has been affected by the ongoing Royal Mail strikes. The courier service we offer is not affected by the strikes.

All our frames come with acrylic framing glass which all online framers use as actual glass would never make it through the postal system intact.
