I was so disappointed I thought it was a pack of 4 and also I thought it would actually be glittery and not just a transfer! Gutted

Hello, i'm sooo sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase! The description for this design does actually state that these are not real glitter, just a photo: 'Beautiful fashionable trendy girly glamorous pink shiny glitters sparkles. Photo of pink sparkles not actual glitter!' We do also do this design in packs of 4 but you need to select this from the drop down. If you do wish to make a complaint please do send us an email.
I'm really sorry to hear you are disappointed with your coasters, we get lots of lovely reviews regarding these. I have not been able to find any complaints from you in our emails so please send us an email again and we will get back to you asap to help resolve any issues.

Delivery and customer service very good. Product could have been a bit better quality for the price. No instructions regarding dishwasher safety etc
